CACAO: We begin with cacao, a gentle heart-opening plant medicine that connects us to the earth, ourselves, and each other. This sacred elixir softens the body and mind, preparing you to receive the energetic flow of the Kundalini Activation. KUNDALINI ACTIVATION: KA awakens the dormant life force energy at the base of the spine - known as Kundalini, Shakti, Chi, or the inner light. This intelligent energy moves through the body to release what is unaligned in the mind, emotions, and energetic field. As it rises, it activates your vitality, inner power, and deeper sense of authenticity. No experience is needed. You simply lie down, close your eyes, and relax as music guides the process. Facilitators hold a powerful energetic field that supports your activation and may gently touch specific energy points or chakras to encourage natural energetic movement.
