To say I was apprehensive about Kundalini before  I booked the experience with Florence would be an understatement. I wasn’t sure what the experience would entail and some of the documented “awakenings”’ stirred up my self-consciousness. I wouldn’t want to lose myself in front of a stranger or hurt myself in some unexpected way. My curiosity took over and despite my fears, I booked with Florence.

I am so happy I found her. 

As soon as I entered her flat, I felt at home. It was warm and inviting and I couldn’t help but feel protected and that was before we sat down to talk about Kundalini and set the intention for the experience. When she started, something amazing  happened. I had a magical awakening of my own. As I settled into the meditation, my whole body and dare I say, spirit, became released, unleashed, both outwardly and inwardly. I am honoured to have my  Kundalini awakening with such a warm, confident, and knowledgeable guide. Everything was perfect, I knew I was in a safe space; to meditate, to travel, to be. I couldn’t recommend her enough.

Almost a week after the awakening, I am buzzing with energy, I am stronger and more confident.  My thoughts go back to Florences’s flat and her warmth frequently, as they should. This was once in a lifetime experience and I want to come back soon. 

Florence has been such a guiding light in my life. Since working with her my dreams and goals have all taken off! She has given me such inner confidence and motivation. While her knowledge and wisdom is beyond helpful and the guidance she is given through the light workers is spot on!

I’m always looking forward to my session with her and once on the couch, I’m so relaxed and calm, peace just descends and I find the following days I’m filled with an energy & light that just makes life flow so much easier. With her help, both my health and sleep has improved dramatically, I’m beyond grateful. Not to mention she is such a kind, thoughtful person that only works with truth and love, I can’t recommend her enough.

I had just met Florence and felt such a safe resonance with her, that so much emotions and pain that I've been holding onto for so long released throughout the session. I recently had an incredible Light Language and energy healing session with Flo, and I can't express enough how powerful and transformative it was.

As soon as her hands touched my body, I could feel energy pulsing through me, creating a profound sense of movement and release. I became intensely aware of energy swirling around my womb area, which was fascinating because that's exactly where I've been experiencing a blockage. When Flo began to channel Light Language, I felt like I was catapulted into another dimension. It was as if I could hear the call of my ancestors, almost like they were speaking directly to me.

This experience provided me with the clarity and insight I had been desperately seeking. Since the session, I've felt incredibly empowered and clear-minded. Flo channels with such a unique blend of gentleness and strength, and the language she channels is truly 'out of this world.' I can't recommend her enough. I'm already looking forward to my next session, and I know anyone who experiences her healing will be profoundly impacted.

My light language / energy healing session was incredibly profound. A lot of heavy and dense energy was released, along with moments of euphoria and incredible insights and messages channeled through. It was both illuminating and therapeutic, I felt lighter with a big spring in my step afterwards. I definitely recommend Florence and her offerings, they are extremely potent medicine!

I didn’t know anything about Reiki and I decided to give it a try to understand my chakras. Florence put me at ease immediately, and she explained to me the different steps of the process. I felt completely relax during the session and I felt completely disconnected from the outside world. As the session finished, I felt completely rebalanced with my energies. This was a great first experience. I will book another session with her again!

It was few years ago that I came across Reiki healing and since then I try to get regular sessions with Florence, as it helps to manage my stress, anxiety and to keep my life in balance. I love her caring, calm and honest approach. She tailored the healing to my needs and always held a safe space to be able to relax and fully allow the energy to flow. Reiki is a beautiful way to connect back to yourself and to heal and Florence is a wonderful person to help you do just that.
