As it rises, it activates your vitality, inner power, and deeper sense of authenticity. No experience is needed. You simply lie down, close your eyes, and relax as music guides the process. Facilitators hold a powerful energetic field that supports your activation and may gently touch specific energy points or chakras to encourage natural energetic movement.
